• Acting as a representative of a Foreign Developer or Real Estate Agency in Russia. Hiring and managing the most credible real estate agencies and individual agents in all regions of Russia who specialise in selling property in your country.
• Managing the agents on a day-to-day basis, providing them with up-to-date sales and marketing materials, translations of documents into Russian, company information, contracts, pricing lists, etc.
